Joyce Automotive and Towing

They have my vehicle in their Shop at the moment and the sense the start of me. Looking for someone to work on my vehicle. They have been amazing. They may be located 45 minutes from where I live, but has been by far and experience that I haven’t seen in a lot of locations from the young lady who works there to Brandon and Nathan. They have made the process. Smooth for me, which has been appreciated because I have been going through a lot in the past couple of days. I look forward to doing more of work with them in the future.

We are new to town and needed oil changes for our vehicles. We did not want to go to a quick lube place. Took a chance on Joyce Automotive and glad we did. They have a nice little waiting area with free snacks and drinks (my kids appreciated that). They notices my wife's tires had a couple nails and were in need of replacement. They shopped for the best tires and gave us a quote right then and there. We returned a few days later to get the tires replaced. Everyone we encountered were extremely happy and friendly. Joyce automotive gained a couple regular customers out of us. We will absolutely trust them with our vehicles.

Great shop. Super friendly and helpful front desk. I was pretty sure the alternator needed replaced and that's exactly what they found and no upsell of this and this are also bad and needed worked on. A nice perk is the complimentary Uber service. A trustworthy place to take your car. Highly recommended!

I had an existing problem with my car for over a year. No one could diagnose it. I took it to Joyce Automotive and within 2 hrs they knew exactly what the problem was. They were professional and knowledgeable! I am so impressed! I took my other car in for a complete diagnosis. Just to make sure......because now I'm questioning everything my mechanic for five years has done. The second car only needed the AC charged. Trust is key. They kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to wait days and call them to find out where we were in the process! They have earned my business! Thank you Joyce Automotive for peace of mind!

I had a great experience with Joyce Automotive! I’m fairly new to Lakeland, and they made the whole process stress-free. My car needed ignition coils replaced, and they handled everything from towing to quoting and repairs quickly and professionally. The quote was fair, the communication was clear, and the work was done in a timely manner. Although I didn’t need it, I really appreciated that they offer different financing options, which shows they truly care about their customers. It’s such a relief to find a shop that’s honest, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend Joyce Automotive.
